Mobile Access

Access to on-demand and recorded content ends 1 September. Please visit the ACM Digital Library for SIGGRAPH 2024 conference proceedings. Under the OpenSurround program, SIGGRAPH 2024 content is freely available for 30 days after its publication in the Digital Library. For content that is available in perpetuity, please visit the ACM SIGGRAPH website for information on access to SIGGRAPH-sponsored conference content.

Prior to the launch of SIGGRAPH 2024 in-person, livestreamed, and on-demand content on 28 July, watch your inbox for an email from do_not_reply@linklings.com, providing your unique SIGGRAPH 2024 mobile app login. You will receive this communication the week of 22 July. Livestreamed and recorded content is available to all Full Conference Supporter/Full Conference/Full Conference One-Day, Experience*, and Virtual Access registrants and is based on your registration level. For full details on what access to livestreamed and on-demand content your specific registration level grants you, please visit the “What’s Included” grid. Full Conference One-Day registrations will receive access to livestreamed and on-demand content scheduled for their registration day. All conference registrants can use the mobile app and/or SIGGRAPH 2024 full program as their personal conference schedule.

If you are registered at the Exhibits Only level, you can use the mobile app and mobile browser to navigate the conference. Your registration does not include Mobile and Virtual Access of livestreamed and on-demand content. The one exception is that Exhibits Only* registrants can access all SIGGRAPH 2024 Keynote Presentations in person, via livestream, or on-demand.

To log into your personal account on the mobile app, follow the link in your email from do_not_reply@linklings.com. Enter your username and password provided (email address used during registration and unique confirmation ID). Or, once you are on the full program navigate to the “Login” link in the menu bar of the app or black banner on the full program.

Please be sure you are using the email with which you registered for SIGGRAPH 2024 and your registration confirmation ID to sign into the mobile app or desktop or mobile browser.

If you did not receive an invitation from do_not_reply@linklings.com, you can find your registration ID number within the receipt of your registration.

Once successfully logged in, participants can access all the sessions, resources, and networking features offered to their registration level.

It is important to note that in-person participants should keep their login credentials handy, as you need to be logged in even while on-site in Denver to interact with livestreamed or on-demand content. All participants are encouraged to keep their password secure and refrain from sharing them with anyone else.

Download the official SIGGRAPH 2024 mobile app by searching “SIGGRAPH 2024 in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

To log into the mobile app, enter the email address you used to register for the conference and registration ID number (included in your registration confirmation email).

All conference registrants can use the SIGGRAPH 2024 mobile app and SIGGRAPH 2024 full program as their personal conference schedule.

As we lead up to SIGGRAPH 2024, you can build your schedule at any time! Filter the SIGGRAPH 2024 full program by program, keyword, interest area, or conference day. Plus, you can even search the full program for a specific contributor or organization.

Start adding sessions to your schedule by selecting the “+” button on the SIGGRAPH 2024 full program. As you add sessions to your agenda, they will save in the “My Agenda” tab of the full program. Added sessions are recognized by your web browser and will save in your agenda, even before you receive your official login to SIGGRAPH 2024. Once you login, you will be able to save your schedule and export it to your personal calendar.

Please refer to the full program for the most up-to-date schedule and room location information.

All in-person participants registered at the following levels will receive access to livestreamed and on-demand content available to their registration level:

Exhibits Only** registrants can attend all SIGGRAPH 2024 Keynote Presentations in person, via livestream, or on-demand.

Forgot your password? You can easily reset it by clicking on the “reset password” link on the login page. You will then be prompted to enter the email address associated with your SIGGRAPH 2024 registration. After submitting your email address, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Once you click on the link, you will be directed to a page where you can enter and confirm a new password. As a registered participant, it is important that you have access to the email address you used during registration to reset your password.

If you are unable to or prefer not to download a mobile app, the SIGGRAPH 2024 full program and Virtual Access functions are verified to work with these browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. If desired, you can access the conference via a mobile or desktop web browser in lieu of the mobile app.

Download Your Schedule

Did you know that you can download your conference schedule to your personal digital calendars? When you navigate to the “My Schedule” page, click the “Export to Calendar” button to transfer your schedule to your personal calendar. Please note, this feature is best compatible with calendars outside of Outlook.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues while building your schedule and navigating the mobile app or full program, try logging in on a private, incognito browser. Contact virtualconf@siggraph.org with any questions.

SIGGRAPH 2024 begins on 28 July, at which time sessions from the in-person event in Denver begin streaming. Content with permission to stream will be livestreamed throughout the week of 28 July–1 August at the times indicated on the full program. Sessions with permission to record will be available for on-demand viewing through 1 September. Bookmark and visit the SIGGRAPH 2024 full program for content and programming updates.

Looking to get to your next destination? Check out the point-to-point navigation feature.

• Click the right-turn arrow in the upper left corner of the interactive floor plans.
• Locate your starting point by clicking the top “select location” box.
  • Floor locations are:
    • Listed on the left
    • Searchable in the search box
• Select your destination by clicking the bottom “select location” box.
• Click the right-turn arrow to see a red route to help guide you.

Want to stay up to date on the latest SIGGRAPH 2024 in-person reminders? Opt-in to notifications. Once you login, click on the bell in the lower right corner of your browser to receive push notifications throughout the conference week.

The SIGGRAPH 2024 mobile app and mobile browser experiences will include an optional attendee networking feature to enable connection among virtual and in-person participants. With this feature, participants can search for others and send them a secure message to start a conversation. When participants reach out to each other, their personal information and email will not be shared until both parties connect. This provides a safe and secure environment to engage in networking and make new connections. The feature provides an excellent opportunity for participants to expand their network beyond the conference sessions.

If you wish to participate in the attendee list, you may opt in at any time.

SIGGRAPH 2024 offers many opportunities to connect in person and virtually. Beyond the attendee directory, some SIGGRAPH 2024 participants chose to add a digital profile to their registration. If you meet a new colleague with a QR code on their conference badge, scan it with your smartphone to connect with them on social networking sites or their personal websites.

Content with permission to stream and record will be available on-demand within the SIGGRAPH 2024 full program from 28 July through 1 September. Curious if a session or a presentation will be livestreamed or recorded? Visit the full program and filter by livestream and recorded under “Keywords”. There you will see if a presentation or a session will be livestreamed or recorded.

To access livestream and on-demand content, navigate to the full program or the mobile app and click on the session title. Once on the presentation page, you will find a video player for livestreamed and recorded content.

All content with permission to record will be available on-demand through 1 September.

Whether participating in SIGGRAPH 2024 in person or virtually, all registrants are required to agree to the following statement in order to participate.

In participating, I acknowledge ACM’s Policy Against Harassment at ACM Activities and agree that behavior such as the following will constitute grounds for actions against me:

• Abusive action directed at an individual, such as threats, intimidation, or bullying.
• Racism, homophobia, or other behavior that discriminates against a group or class of people.
• Sexual harassment of any kind, such as unwelcome sexual advances or words/actions of a sexual nature.
