Become a member to save on SIGGRAPH 2024 registration. To take advantage of member registration rates, you must be an ACM or ACM SIGGRAPH member and have a valid 2024 Membership ID number at the time you register. If you would like to become a member before registering, click here.

By becoming a member of ACM SIGGRAPH, you can reimagine the future of computer graphics and interactive techniques with us all year around. Joining ACM SIGGRAPH grants you access to many membership benefits, including reduced conference registration rates for SIGGRAPH, SIGGRAPH Asia, and Eurographics.

SIGGRAPH 2024 merchandise is only available for purchase on-site in Denver, or pre-order merchandise with your registration and pick it up at the conference. No refunds will be given for items that are not claimed at the conference, nor will unclaimed items be shipped after the conference. Cash and checks will not be accepted when purchasing merchandise at SIGGRAPH 2024. Please be prepared to use a credit card payment method.

A selection of merchandise is available for purchase via Zazzle only. While Zazzle offers a different selection of merchandise than what’s available for purchase and pick up in Denver, all conference registrants are welcome to explore this option for commemorative wear.

ACM SIGGRAPH is a nonprofit 501c3, volunteer-led organization, and it relies on the commitment of our community to continue to offer opportunities for lifelong learning, career development, and professional networking. We appreciate your donation, which furthers the organization’s mission and supports students to attend SIGGRAPH 2024 at a reduced rate.

SIGGRAPH 2024 complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and is committed to providing a positive conference experience for all our participants. If you have special requirements due to disability, you may indicate your needs during the registration process. Virtual Access content will include closed captions.

Please let us know what you need by Friday, 28 June. After this deadline, every effort will be made to accommodate late requests. Requests received after the deadline will be fulfilled based on availability.

What happens if you lose your conference badge? We suggest you first check with lost and found, as that is where all lost items, including badges, are kept. If, however, your badge has not been turned in, the ACM SIGGRAPH policy is that no badges are reprinted for the conference. Therefore, if you lose your badge and it is not turned in to lost and found, you must register again for the conference.

SIGGRAPH 2024 offers Virtual Access registration for those unable to join us in Denver. This registration grants you access to a selection of livestreamed and recorded content. Full Conference and Full Conference Supporter registrants also receive Virtual Access.

SIGGRAPH 2024’s Virtual Access opportunities launch on 28 July, at which time select sessions from the in-person event in Denver begin streaming. Content will be livestreamed to Virtual Access throughout the week of 28 July–1 August. Select session recordings will be posted and available for on-demand viewing through 1 September.

Prior to the launch of Virtual Access content on 28 July, watch your inbox for an email from do_not_reply@linklings.com inviting you into SIGGRAPH 2024 Virtual Access.

Registration Requirements for Minors
All children must register for the conference, regardless of age. Each paid adult may register up to three children, age 12 and under, at no charge. To register your children at no charge, please visit the registration desk. Staff will assist you in getting your children registered. Children 13 and over will be required to purchase their registration.

Attendance Restrictions
There are no age-based restrictions to attend the conference. However, children 17 and under must be accompanied by a registered adult at all times.

Please be aware that parts of the conference may contain adult content, graphic images, or violence.

Log in to the registration system using your email and confirmation ID found in your confirmation letter. Be sure to save your registration confirmation for reference.

Registration substitutions can be made by sending an email from the registered email address to registration-s2024@SIGGRAPH.org with the original confirmation and the contact information of the new participant. Once the name change is made, the new participant will receive an email asking them to go into the system to agree to the SIGGRAPH policies in order to finalize the substitution.

All refund and cancellation requests should be sent via email to: registration-s2024@siggraph.org.

Full Conference and Full Conference Supporter
Up until Friday, 28 June, requests to cancel this category will be changed to Virtual Access with the differential being refunded. Starting Saturday, 29 June, requests to cancel these categories will be changed to Virtual Access and refunds of differential will not be provided.

Experience Registration
A $75 processing fee will be accessed on all cancellation requests up until Friday, 28 June. Beginning on Saturday, 29 June, no refunds will be provided.

Exhibits Only and Virtual Access Registrations
No refunds will be provided.

All registrants are required to agree to the following statement in order to participate in SIGGRAPH 2024.

In participating, I acknowledge ACM’s Policy Against Harassment at ACM Activities and agree that behavior such as the following will constitute grounds for actions against me:

• Abusive action directed at an individual, such as threats, intimidation, or bullying
• Racism, homophobia, or other behavior that discriminates against a group or class of people
• Sexual harassment of any kind, such as unwelcome sexual advances or words/actions of a sexual nature

If you are involved in or witness any such incident, please inform the SIGGRAPH CARES Committee at: siggraph_cares@siggraph.org.

PUBLICITY PERMISSION. SIGGRAPH employs photographers and videographers and reserves the right to use all images and videos that these content creators document during the conference. By registering to attend SIGGRAPH 2024, you are granting SIGGRAPH permission to record you in various media while participating in the conference. This recorded media is owned by SIGGRAPH and may be used for publication and promotion of ACM SIGGRAPH events and other applications.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING POLICY. It is important to recognize that many of the words, images, sounds, objects, and technologies presented at SIGGRAPH are protected by copyrights or patents. They are owned by the people who created them. Please respect their intellectual property rights by refraining from making recordings from your device or taking screenshots unless expressly approved by the presenter. Authorized photographs or recordings taken by SIGGRAPH participants are strictly for personal, noncommercial use.

If you are interested in the content, feel free to reach out to the contributor or visit the ACM Digital Library after the event, where content will be made available.

PARTICIPATION CONDUCT. SIGGRAPH is an open and accepting environment, whether in person or online, and we ask that participants operate with dignity and respect for all who have come to learn, grow, and connect.

Your health and safety is a priority for SIGGRAPH 2024. As we approach our in-person experience in Denver, check the Health & Safety page for updates. You will be required to acknowledge you have read and understand the Health and Safety policies during the registration process.

All registrants are required to agree to the following waiver in order to participate at SIGGRAPH 2024.

I acknowledge that I derive personal satisfaction and a benefit by virtue of my participation and/or attendance at this Event and I willingly engage in this Event.

In connection with the exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 at the Event, I hereby forever release, waive and discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature against ACM and its affiliated partners and sponsors, including in each case, without limitation, its and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers and agents (the “Released Parties”), either in law or in equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law. This waiver includes damages or losses caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss or out of pocket expenses, or loss or damage to property, which I, my heirs, assignees, next of kin and/or legally appointed representatives may hereinafter accrue on my behalf, which arise or may hereafter arise from my participation in the Event.
