Important Dates
8 July 2024: After this date, reservation requests are based upon availability and rates may vary.
16 July 2024: All changes and cancellations are to be made directly with assigned hotels.
22 July 2024: Last day to cancel a reservation without a charge of one night room and tax.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
- A guarantee of one night’s room and tax is required for each room reserved.
- After 22 July 2024, a non-refundable deposit of one night’s room and tax may be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the room reservation(s) by your confirmed hotel.
- SIGGRAPH 2024’s deposit policy supersedes any individual hotel’s deposit policy.
Group Bookings
You may book groups of up to 49 rooms through the housing site. After 8 July, group blocks are based upon availability and rates cannot be guaranteed.
Groups of 50 or more hotel rooms may also book rooms. Deposits and other requirements will vary. The link to request a block of 50 rooms is here.
Unauthorized Booking Agency Warning
onPeak is the only official hotel provider for SIGGRAPH 2024. Room rates or availability by any other company or representative cannot be guaranteed by SIGGRAPH 2024. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering hotel options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with SIGGRAPH 2024 and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences (such as, loss of deposit or payments, unintended cancellation of reservations, or no reservations).
