Payment Information

For applications received on or before 15 March 2024, 50% of the total rental amount is due upon submission of the application. For applications received after 15 March 2024, 100% of the total rental amount is due upon submission of the application.

Cancellation Information

If an exhibitor cancels its participation on or before 15 March 2024, ACM will retain the 50% deposit and the exhibitor shall remain liable for, and shall pay to ACM, any balance due at the time of cancellation.

If an exhibitor cancels its participation after 15 March 2024 or fails for any reason whatsoever to utilize the exhibit space(s), such cancellation or failure to utilize space shall be considered a default on the exhibitor’s part, and the exhibitor shall remain liable for, and shall pay to ACM, the total (100%) rental amount (including any balance due at the time of cancellation) of its exhibit space.
